What the Lot Is Fighting Before Anything Can Go In
A lot that has sat idle for a few seasons does not clear itself. Brush thickens, saplings take root between the bigger trees, and what started as a few overgrown edges turns into a wall of growth that has to come out before a foundation, a driveway, or a fence line can go in anywhere near it. It is the same story on a future pasture in Millstone Township or Colts Neck as it is on a building lot.

A big pine came down in a winter storm, and when Bernie's crew came out for the estimate the same day, they spotted a second dead pine on the property and cleared both, plus overgrown mulberry brush that had taken over a corner of the yard, in a matter of days.

Mulching, Grappling, and Grading in One Pass
Clearing starts with the mulching attachment mounted on the skid-steer, which chews through brush, saplings, and low growth in place instead of cutting and hauling it separately. Where the lot has real trees and stumps to come out, the same skid-steer switches to a grapple to pick up cut logs and load them out, keeping the work moving without a second machine sitting idle on site.
Once the brush and the trees are down, the Bobcat soil conditioner comes in to grade and level the ground, working out the ruts and high spots left behind so the lot reads flat and buildable rather than freshly cleared. A Graded Lot, Ready for the Next Trade
What is left when the crew pulls out is a lot that reads level and clear, not a construction site full of stumps and brush piles.
